Brighton: Hey, Maggs, wow! You look really beautiful.
Maggie: And…?
Brighton: And, nothing…You look really good!
Maggie: Shut up, Brighton!
Fran: Why are you being so nice to your sister? Who’d you killed?
Brighton: Why does everyone assume the worst of me?
Fran: It saves time

Brighton: Fran, I can’t go outside in this, somebody will kick my butt.
Fran: Sweetheart, I’d kick your butt.

Brighton: You know, Fran, I don’t wanna say anything here, but I think this dog is dead.
Fran: Oh, calm down, he’s not dead, he’s just sleeping

Fran: [To Brighton] Honey, why weren’t you wearing a helmet, don’t you know you always have to use protection?

Max: (to Brighton) No, no, no, no, NO!
Fran: Oh boy, I’ve heard that before. What did ya do, ask him to marry you?

Brighton: My mother’s coming with me to colleges, how happy am I?
Fran: Oh you don’t have to tell me, look at his face! He’s crying!

Brighton: Um, Dad, uh, you know Fran’s in the living room crying and I think she really needs some um…
